About 6 years ago, we decided to purchase a food truck. Our mobility allowed us to travel in and around the Charlotte Metro Area providing great-tasting, affordable, quality foods. Our customers come to us in search of home-cooked meals they could purchase on the go. The demand for the Foodtruck has increased and these are the traditional menu items with often some seasonal changes.
