My name is Sharnette, the Executive Chef of SkyView 22 soul food & more. As a child growing up in New Jersey, I gained my cooking skills while watching my mom throw down in kitchen. My mom was old school and from the South, which is how I came up with our slogan "Jersey Girl with Southern roots".

Skyview 22 was born when we lost our son at the age of 22 in 2014, I used my love for cooking as an outlet by cooking for my friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors. We started selling dinner plates and delivering them to local businesses and eventually, we set up a tent at The Charlotte Regional Farmers Market where we sold our specialty salads in 2017.
